Boron Nitride (BN) Lubricant Spray is high-temperature resistant. It remains excellent lubricating prosperities even under high temperatures. BN lubricant spray is non-toxic/polluting, eco-friendly and high-pressure resistant. It has high chemical inertness, low coefficient of friction, thermal shock/corrosion resistance, corrosion and good thermal conductivity.
1.Key Feature
1.1. The product is non-toxic/polluting, eco-friendly with high performance in lubricating release.
1.2. Good operability: adopts special spray formulation that only manual spayed is in use.
1.3. High-temperature resistant: 100-900 ℃, excellent thermal shock resistance.
1.4. Fast drying speed: adopts special quick-drying formula to increase productivity and reduce costs.
2.Instruction
2.1. Before spraying, workpiece must be cleaned thoroughly and cannot be mixed with other types of materials, powder dust and oil;
2.2. Before spraying, please evenly shake cans up and down, and vertically press the nozzle;
2.3. Spray from the workpiece about 30-40cm away and continuously shake the can, so as to achieve uniform spraying surface.
2.4. Spray the thickness of about 15-30μm. Do not spray exceeding the recommended thickness as the product has strong adhesion.
2.5. Drying surface: place at ambient temperature for about 1-2 minutes, until the surfaces are completely dried.
2.6. The workplace should be adequately ventilated. No smoking is allowed. Operator must obtain a qualified certificate before working. The product must not be held against the people and pierced by any tools. Please do not hit the cans because scratch or hitting may cause danger). Do not throw empty cans into fire after use.
3.Application
The product is suitable for surface protection, lubrication and mold release under high temperature. It is also applicable for anti-oxidation, solder coated metal welding, metal casting, forging, extrusion industry, aluminum water tank and diversion protection, vacuum coating machine protective agent, electrically insulating coating, insulation thermocouple protection/ wheel protection under high temperature, extrusion equipment protection, electrical insulators, glass industry, oxidation resistant coating under high temperature, dry lubrication interface, interface corrosion, high-temperature sintering crucible protection with the rule of protection and no viscosity, metal parts lubrication, bearings through the process of high temperature and high wear conditions. BN coating (also known as high temperature lubrication release coatings BN) are made of high quality boron nitride, adopting a special formula production to achieve excellent lubricating properties and stability under high temperature. Even at extreme temperatures, BN is still able to maintain its lubricating properties and inert. It is often used in casting, stamping, forging and powder metallurgy, and other fields. During the process of metal melting and metal forming operation, the BN coating sprayed on the mold surface in contact with hot or molten metal can avoid mold surface from chemical attack, so as to easier the release. The product makes the mold / die achieves a longer life span, greatly improves the cleanliness of product surface and shortens the manufacturing time.
4.Precautions
4.1. This product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
4.2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication.
4.3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline.
4.4. Do not swallow the product. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.
5.Packing and Storage
5.1.Packing: 500ml/cans, 12 cans/ suite, 24 cans/suite
5.2. Storage: please stored in a cool and dry ventilated place.
